This is what I think about myself. Others can have their own view. Professionally, I am more inclined towards learning new technology. Not someone who like to manage humans, but I have done that most of the time in my career. I have spent more than 20 years in Industry now. In this years, I have got exposed to multiple programming languages and frameworks. I have managed projects small and large in LAMP, ASP.NET, Java and Oracle Webcenter. Currently, I am working on Oracle Webcenter Portal Application development. This project introduced me to completely new set of products to work on. I got exposed to Oracle products like, OAM, OID, OVD, OUD, WebCenter Content, Portal, Oracle BPM, IBR, WebLogic Server, ADF. The learning is still going on. I have faced multiple problems during the project implementation some due to bugs which existed in the products and some due to hidden features that were not documented. The purpose of creating this blog to document the problems that our team faced in the project with their solutions so that it is helpful to others who are facing similar problems and for my own reference. Hope this proves helpful to others like me.
